The foundation of our Christian faith is based on the Holy Bible. Below you will find a summary of the essential principles of our faith.

📖 THE HOLY BIBLE

The Holy Bible (Old Testament: the Law, the Psalms, and the Writings of the Prophets; New Testament:  see Luke 24:44), in its original languages of Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek, is fully inspired by God (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21; 3:15–16).

It is the only trustworthy, sufficient, and authoritative source for faith, worship, and practice (John 10:35; 1 Corinthians 4:6; 2 Thessalonians 3:14–15). God’s revelation was completed with the coming of Christ and the completion of the Gospel message (Luke 16:16; Revelation 22:18–19).

✝️ GOD

There is one God who created, sustains, and governs the universe; He is all-powerful, ever-present, and all-knowing (Deuteronomy 6:4; Mark 12:29).

God has revealed Himself as Father (the invisible Essence), Son (the Divine Word), and Holy Spirit (the Divine Power), and within His unity has existed eternally as these three persons (Genesis 1:1–3; Matthew 28:19).

God is love (1 John 4:8,16), and according to His eternal purpose, He desires to bring people into everlasting blessedness (1 Timothy 2:4–5).

👤 HUMANITY

Human beings were created to live in a loving relationship with God, to glorify Him, and to experience eternal joy (John 4:23–24; Isaiah 43:7).

However, all people have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). Therefore, they are completely unable to meet His holy requirements (Romans 3:10–20), and are under God’s judgment (John 3:18,36; Ephesians 2:1–2).

✝️ JESUS CHRIST

Jesus Christ is the Savior foretold by the prophets (Luke 24:27; Acts 3:18).

Through the power of the Holy Spirit, He took on human nature through the Virgin Mary and is the Eternal Word of God made flesh (“Son of God” is understood in a spiritual, not physical, sense: John 1:1–3,14,18).

His sinless life, death, and resurrection, as the atoning sacrifice for sins (John 1:29; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4), are the only necessary, valid, and sufficient means by which humanity may be delivered from eternal judgment (Romans 5:18; Hebrews 5:9–10). He now lives forever in the presence of the Father, interceding for those who come to God through Him (Ephesians 1:20–23; Hebrews 7:25).

🙏 SALVATION AND FAITH

A person who, with sincere repentance, believes in Jesus Christ as his or her personal Lord and Savior and fully surrenders to Him is justified before God—not on the basis of personal merit or good deeds, but by God’s grace (Romans 3:24–25; 4:4–8).

As a result of being saved, the believer lives a life of gratitude and praise (Romans 5:1–2; Ephesians 1:6,12,14), submits to the will of the Lord (Romans 1:5; 15:18–19; 16:26), and walks in the good works prepared beforehand by God to please Him (2 Corinthians 5:9; Ephesians 2:8–10; 1 John 2:6).

🔥 THE HOLY SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit brings about the spiritual rebirth of the believer and seals him or her as a guarantee of the eternal inheritance (John 3:3–8; Ephesians 1:13–14).

The Holy Spirit dwells within the believer (John 14:16; Romans 8:9), strengthens him or her in every way to live a holy life in fellowship with God (Galatians 5:22–23), and equips believers with spiritual gifts so that they may serve within the community of faith (1 Corinthians 12:4–7,11).

THE CHURCH

All believers together form the community of faith, that is, the Church (Acts 2:47).

Believers gather regularly in local congregations to live out their faith together and to worship (Acts 2:42).

Apart from leaders recognized from among their own members, the Scriptures do not present a single centralized administrative system governing all churches.

The only head of the universal Church is Jesus Christ Himself, and there can be no other (Ephesians 1:22; 4:15; 5:23; Colossians 1:18).

⚔️ SATAN AND SPIRITUAL STRUGGLE

Satan, who was created as a perfect angel, became proud and rebelled against God (Isaiah 14:12–15; Ezekiel 28:12–19), and thus became His adversary. According to God’s promise (Genesis 3:15; 1 John 3:8), Satan was defeated at the Cross, stripped of his power (Matthew 12:28–29; Colossians 2:15), yet he continues to deceive unbelievers through his lies (2 Corinthians 4:4).

Believers resist his lies, temptations, and attacks (Ephesians 6:10–18; James 4:7; 1 Peter 5:9), and through the atoning work of Christ, find the grace and strength to overcome him (Revelation 12:10–11).

🌅 FUTURE HOPE

Jesus Christ will return to the world and establish His righteous reign (Matthew 25:31).

In the end, the dead will be raised, the Final Judgment will take place, and the eternal order will begin. Those who are saved will share in everlasting joy with God, while those who are not saved will remain separated from the glory of God and face eternal judgment (Matthew 25:46; John 5:29; 2 Thessalonians 1:9; Revelation 21:1–7; 22:1–5).
